We accept athletes of all levels, active or inactive. There is a specific training for each and everyone of them that will be tailored to match the specific goals.

Is this only for a specific discipline or sport?

Our trainings are designed by professional athletes. At Boxx Era you can get a well-focused training based on the agility, movements, strength and speed you require for that discipline you practice, doesn't matter which one it is.
